Privacy notice

This notice explains how Immanence Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202444973N, “Immanence”, “we”) collects, uses and discloses personal data through this website, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and other data protection laws that apply to us.

What we collect

The details you enter in our forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, role and your answers to the estimate questions. If you refer a company, the details you give us about that company and its contact person. Basic technical information needed to run and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser type and approximate location.

How we use it

• to prepare your estimate and reply to you;
• to introduce your company to the licensing partners we work with, and to follow up on that introduction;
• to record referrals and pay referral fees;
• to operate, secure and improve the website and prevent misuse; and
• to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Who we share it with

We may share personal data with our licensing partners for the purposes above, with service providers who support our website and business operations, with our professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Some of these recipients may be located outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we do so in accordance with applicable law.

Details about other people

If you give us personal data about someone else, for example when you refer a company, you confirm that you are allowed to share it with us for the purposes in this notice.

Your browser

The website stores a few small settings in your browser, such as your language choice and any referral link you arrived from. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent to its use, by writing to us. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide an estimate, an introduction or referral payments.
